On December 28, 2023, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 42/2023/TT-BCT amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT dated November 29, 2019 detailing some contents on trade remedies.
Circular No. 42/2023/TT-BCT was developed to inherit the still appropriate, advanced regulations and applied effectively in practice of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT, ensuring to meet the requirements in the work of exemption from applying trade remedies measures and overcoming difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT.
This Circular will take effect from February 16, 2024.
