Circular 28/2025/TT-BCT amending Circular 30/2020/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of EVFTA regarding trade remedies

Effective since: July 1st, 2025
On May 15th, 2025, The Minister of Industry and Trade hereby promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 30/2020/TT-BTC dated November 26, 2020, guiding the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union regarding trade remedies.
On the same day, The Ministry of Industry and Trade also issued Consolidated Document No. 07/VBHN-BCT, which incorporates the above Circular on guiding the implementation of EVFTA regarding trade remedies.
In case the legislative documents referred to this Circular are amended or replaced, the newest documents shall be applied.
