On August 12, 2024, the Trade Remedies Authority (TDA) received information that Taiwan (China) had officially initiated an anti-dumping investigation (ADI) on cement and clinker originating or imported from Vietnam. Specifically as follows:

2. Item under investigation: Cement and clinker are classified according to Taiwan (China) import commodity codes 2523.29.90.00.2 and 2523.10.90.00.3

 

4. Plaintiff: the Taiwan Cement Manufacturers Association (China)
