State-owned trading enterprises are the ones granted special rights in importing and exporting activities. Upon WTO accession, what are Vietnam’s commitments on operations of state owned enterprises and state owned trading enterprises? Does Vietnam have any plans of gradually reducing and eliminate state owned trading enterprises?..
