US makes preliminary AD ruling on China’s threaded rods
26/12/2022 04:21
According to the preliminary results of an anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on alloy and certain carbon steel threaded rods from China, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily found that China’s Ningbo Dongxin High-Strength Nut Co., Ltd. is not eligible for a separate rate since the company failed to submit a timely response to the initial AD questionnaire.
Meanwhile, the administrative review on Ningbo Zhongjiang High Strength Bolts Co., Ltd. was rescinded due to the company’s timely request to withdraw a review.
The duty rate for China-wide entities was maintained at 48.91% as no interested party requested a review.
This administrative review covered a period from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
