US makes final AD ruling on Spain’s flanges

According to the final results of the administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Spain’s finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) were sold in the US market at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
The weighted-average dumping margin for ULMA Forja was set at 7.17%, and the rate for the other 7 non-selected companies was also at 7.17%. The non-selected companies include Aleaciones De Metales Sinterizados S.A., Central Y Almacenes, Farina Group Spain, Friedrich Geldbach Gmbh, Grupo Cunado, Transglory S.A., and Tubacero, S.L.
This determination was applicable from October 25, 2022.
