US issues preliminary AD duty result for certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan

According to the report, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of anti-dumping duties on certain hot-rolled steel flat products imported from Japan, which will take effect from November 2.
The USDOC decided to impose anti-dumping duties of 7.81% on Nippon Steel Corporation and Tokyo Steel Co. LTD. because they sold their products at a lower price than usual during the review period from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021.
