On November 1, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced that it has initiated the fourth anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
At the same time, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated the fourth AD sunset review to determine whether revocation of the existing AD duty orders on the subject products from the three countries would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
