The US Department of Commerce has confirmed its anti-dumping rates on frozen fillets of Vietnamese pangasius as the same as those announced in a preliminary review from September 2016.
This – the twelfth period of review – covered shipments sent to the US between Aug. 1 2014 and July 31, 2015.
The final rates for the corresponding exporters are as follows:
Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company: $0.69/ kilogram
Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company: $0.69/kg
Green Farms Seafood Joint Stock Company: $0.69/kg
NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company: $0.69/kg
Vietnam-Wide Entity: $2.39/kg
Ben Tre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company; Cadovimex II Seafood Import Export and Processing Joint Stock Company; and Hoang Long Seafood Processing Company had no reviewable transactions during the period of review.
“The Vietnam-wide entity includes Golden Quality, Tafishco and Viet Phu, and Caseamex,” according to a note forwarded to Undercurrent News.
“There was a rumor that Hung Vuong [Group] was going to go to the Vietnam-wide rate”, it added, which has proven untrue.
Hung Vuong instead is on a rate of $0.41/kg.
