US determines preliminary result of AD duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipe from Thailand

According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thai Premium Pipe Co. Ltd. (TPP) were sold at less than normal value during the period of review from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Thai Premium Pipe was assigned at 0.71%. The measure was effective from March 29, 2023.
