U.S. Anti-Subsidy Admin Review on China Petrol Tubular Goods

On February 28, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced starting its 3rd administrative review on the subsidized petroleum tubular goods from China with their investigatory period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
