U.S. Admin Ruling on China Magnesium Dumping

On June 10, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary administrative ruling on China-made pure magnesium, affirming that the Chinese enterprise of Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd. had the dumping margin of 339.60% on the American market.
On March 30, 1995, the Commerce Department made a final antidumping ruling for the case, and on July 10, 2012, started its 9th administrative review thereof.
