BRUSSELS, Feb 27 (Reuters) - The European Commission will propose biodiesel anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on U.S. firms ranging from 26 euros ($32.96) to 41 euros per 100 kilograms, according to a draft seen by Reuters on Friday.
If approved by an EU committee next Tuesday, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM.N) will face duties of 26 euros per 100 kilograms and Cargill 27 euros per 100 kilograms, according to the draft.
The duties will, if approved, apply for six months.
