22/12/2013 12:00
On December 21, 2012, South Africa finally ruled that:
Regarding its antidumping on China acetaminophen, Chinese Anqiu Lu'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as a new exporter, did not export acetaminophen products to South Africa during the original investigatory period and had no relation with other Chinese exporters involved, so the company should be exempted from the South African antidumping duty on HS Code 2924.29.05.
In August 2012, South Africa started to review the new exporter for the case.
