Peru Antidumping Duties on China Printed Fabrics

On March 15, China's Embassy in Peru received a notice from Peruvian INDECOPI and Subsidy Investigation Committee, covering the Peruvian 082-2013/CFD-INDECOPI resolution and 005-2013/CFD-INDECOPI final ruling concerning an anti-dumping sunset review on three blended fabrics from China.

The investigated products respectively refer to synthetic fabrics (HS Code 5515.12.00.00), colorful doubling-thread fabrics (HS Code 5513.31.00.00) and printed fabrics (HS Code 5513.41.00.00).

The Peru authority rules that they should conduct anti-dumping measures on the China printed fabrics for two years (see the table below), and meanwhile end the antidumping on China synthetic and colorful doubling-thread fabrics.
