Pakistan starts AD probe into steel plates imports

It is reported that Pakistan government started anti dumping investigation on hot rolled middle thick plate with origin from Belgium, Japan, Russia, Ukraine and USA under appeal from Pakistan Steel Mills Company Limited and will reach preliminary ruling within 60 days to 180 days here after.
Anti dumping investigation covers period from April 1st 2008 to March 31st 2009 and damage investigation period from April 1st 2006 to March 31st 2009.
