Ministry Of Commerce Initiates Anti-dumping Investigation On The EU

News from the website of China's Ministry of Commerce is that Mofcom has initiated an anti-dumping investigation on the import of certain iron or steel fasteners manufactured in the European Union.
The products affected by the anti-dumping investigation are included in the Import and Export Tax Rules of the People's Republic of China numbers: 73181200, 73181400, 73181500, 73182100 and 73182200.
The investigation will be carried out according to China's Anti-dumping Rule and it is expected to be completed before December 29, 2009 but may be extended until June 29, 2010, if required.
