Mexico launches first AD sunset review on seamless carbon steel pipes from 4 countries

The Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) announced the launch of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on seamless carbon steel pipes originating in South Korea, Spain, India, and Ukraine, following an application submitted by the domestic company Tubos de Acero de Mexico SA.
During the review period, the existing AD measure and the price commitment remain effective, and the report on compliance with the price commitment should continue to be submitted.
The period of review is from January 1 to December 31, 2022, and the injury analysis period is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022.
The products involved are seamless carbon steel pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to 60.3 mm and less than or equal to 406.4 mm, regardless of the wall thickness, under tariff codes 7304.19.01, 7304.19.02, 7304.19.99, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.11, 7304.39.12, 7304.39.13, and 7304.39.99 of the TIGIE.
