Indonesia released the list of prohibited Chinese products

On August 6th, Indonesia government continued to release a list of 26 cosmetics products from China to be prohibited from entering Indonesia market, following the fomal dehyde ingredient candies ban last month.
Jakarta Post online quoted the Minister of Trade, Mr. Mari Elka Pangestu as saying that this new an order aimed to protect the right of domestic consumers, not a countervailing move against recent ban order of Chinese Government on Indonesia-sourced seafood.
The mentioned list also applies to prohibited cosmetics from Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and the Philippines. These products were detected to include mercury, retinoic acid, hydroquinone and diethyl glycol harmful to human health.
