India makes determination of AD sunset review on grinding media balls from Thailand, China

On April 12, 2023, India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced its final determination of the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on grinding media balls, excluding forged grinding media balls, originating in or exported from Thailand and China, deciding to extend the imposition of definitive AD duty on Thailand but not to continue the AD duty on China.
The duty rate imposed on Thailand ranges from US$158.8 to 187 per ton.
The products involved are under HS code 7325 9100.
