European anti-dumping duties on okoumé plywood to expire
04/08/2009 12:00
The anti-dumping duties that have applied for okoumé plywood imported from China to the EU since November 2004 expire on 13 November 2009, five years after they came into force. A corresponding notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. European plywood manufacturers can object to the discontinuation of the anti-dumping duty, however. This request for a review must be submitted in writing to the Directorate-General for Trade no later than three months before the new Regulation comes into force.
