02/11/2022 10:52
On October 26, 2022, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced the final determination of the sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) orders on ferrosilicon manganese originating in Ukraine, ruling that the revocation of the existing AD measures will lead to the continuation or recurrence of the dumping and the damage to the relevant industries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Therefore, the 26.35% AD duty rate determined by Decision No. 58 in 2016 was recommended to keep unchanged, with a validity period of five years.
The products involved are classified under HS code 7202 30 0000.
The interested parties are required to provide a response by November 9, 2022.
