EU to depend against levying duty on China's fastening pieces

Oct. 13 MetalBiz--EU stated on October 12 that it will provide the defense for imposing the duty on China's fastening pieces and EU will strictly observe the EU regulations in all the anti-dumping cases.
According to the report on October 12, European Commission claimed that after China submitted the appeal to WTO on October 12, EU will grant the plead for levying duty on China's fastening pieces.
Lutz Guellner, spokesman of European Commission policy announced in a statement that in all the anti-dumping cases, EU will strictly obey the EU regulations, and meanwhile these rules are completely in line with WTO Anti-dumping Agreement.
