EU may drop AD case against Chinese seamless steel tube
30/04/2009 12:00
It is reported that the EU will likely drop the anti-dumping charges for imports of seamless steel tube from China, due to the lack of evidence.
According to the analysis, the EU can hardly find evidence to confirm that the local steel industry had suffered any material damage caused by the ‘dumped’ imports from China.
Facing the EU anti-dumping charges against China’s seamless steel tube, China strongly reacted against it. At any rate, the EU has withdrawn the anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel and galvanized sheet from China.
