Colombia AD Duties on China Plastic Plates

On November 13, 2013, Colombia's DTI authority decided in its Resolution No. 0305 to impose 3-year definitive anti-dumping (AD) duties on chloroethylene polymers-made plastic plates (HS Code: 3920430000 and 3920490000) from China.

The duty levy methods are: (a) for the Code 3920430000, using a base price of US$ 3.21/kg, when the declared FOB price is lower than the base price, the duty rate is the difference between the two; (2) for the Code 3920490000, using a base price of US$3.29/kg, when the declared FOB price is lower than the base price, the duty rate is the difference between the two.

In addition, the heat-shrinkable plastic plates under 3920490000 are not covered by the anti-dumping duties.
