China to retain anti-dumping duties on US, Saudi Arabian, Asian ethanolamine imports for 5 years

China's commerce ministry on Tuesday announced it would retain anti-dumping duties on imported ethanolamine from the United States, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Thailand for another five years from Wednesday.
U.S. exporters will be subject to tariffs of 76.0%-97.1% on the chemical used in manufacturing detergents, emulsifiers and polishes, the ministry said in a statement, while the rate for Saudi Arabian firms is 10.1%-27.9%, with Malaysian and Thai firms paying duties of 18.3-20.3% and 37.6%, respectively.
