Canada Sunset Review on China Semiconductor Coolers-Warmers

On March 27, 2013, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued an announcement to take anti-dumping and anti-subsidy sunset review on semiconductor coolers and warmers from China.

According to relative legal procedure, on July 25, 2013, the Canada Border Service Agency will make judgment of whether the products took dumping and subsidy behaviors. If it is affirmative judgment, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal will make final ruling of industrial injury on this case.

On May 15, 2008, the Canada Border Service Agency made the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation under HS Codes 84186900.90, 84185010.00, 84185029.00, 84186191.90 and 84189990.90. On November 10, 2008, the Agency made its final ruling on this case.
