Canada Antidumping on China Hot-Rolled Carbon-Steel Plates

On January 8, 2013, Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued an announcement that it has decided to make final industrial injury ruling for anti-dumping sunset review on hot-rolled medium carbon-steel plates from China, judging that the involved products would continue the industrial injury to Canada if canceling the anti-dumping measures.
According to the affirmative ruling, the current anti-dumping measures on these products will continue to be valid.
On February 13, 1997, Canada Boarder Services Agency started the anti-dumping investigation, HS Codes referring to 72051110.00, 72085199.10, 72085199.91, 72085199.92, 72085199.93, 72085199.94, 72085199.95, 72085219.00, 72085290.10, 72085290.91, 72085290.92, 72085290.93, 72085290.94 and 72085290.95.
On April 26, 2012, the Agency took the anti-dumping sunset review on this case.
