Baosteel wins AD lawsuit against Indonesia

It is reported that Baosteel Group, the parent company of Baosteel confirmed the company has won the lawsuit brought by Indonesia charging some Chinese steel plants with dumping hot-rolled steel sheets on the country.
Last November at the application of Indonesian company PT Krakatau Steel the Indonesian government started an anti dumping investigation into hot rolled steel sheets made on the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and Malaysia.
Baosteel, acting on behalf of itself and other Chinese steel plants vigorously defended their actions. Finally after a thorough examination of all the documentary and oral evidence the Indonesian government announced that hot rolled steel sheets imported from China were not harmful to the development of its domestic steel industry.
