Australia makes final judgment on first AD sunset review on rebar from 5 countries

On February 21, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission released No. 2023/004 notice that the Minister for Industry and Science approved the proposals of the Anti-Dumping Commission on the final decision of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on steel reinforcing bars from Greece, Indonesia, Spain, Thailand, and Taiwan. Australia will stop the AD policies on Thailand's products and extend the AD measures on the products from Greece, Indonesia, Spain, and Taiwan.
The first AD sunset review was initiated on March 28, 2022, following a request from domestic company Infrabuild (Newcastle) Pty Ltd.
The involved HS code includes 7213.10.00.42, 7214.20.00.47, 7227.90.10.69, 7227.90.90.01, 7227.90.90.02, 7227.90.90.04, 7227.90.90.42, 7228.30.10.70, 7228.30.90.40, and 7228.60.10.72.
