Antidumping Action in WTO against China

Abstract
The Paper examines and analyses anti-dumping cases which have been challenged by China through the dispute settlement mechanism at the World Trade Organization. The paper attempts to deconstruct common trends and issues in the decided cases and critically evaluates the reasons for such actions against China.
