Although Vietnam has had a decision to impose an anti-dumping tax on imported Thai sugar, there are signs that cane sugar from this country enter the Vietnamese market through a third country. MOIT has received the petition of the Vietnam Sugarcane and Sugar Association (VSSA) for further investigation and prevention.
